-       ADP

o   Please log coaching within 24 hours of your program – this is REALLY important so you and supervisors can approve your time spent coaching.

o   Looking for weekly payroll approval to ensure integrity and accuracy of how people get paid.  Need everyone to log their time soon after coaching so it doesn’t hold up payroll – have to go back and approve time after it’s already been looked at

o   Substitutions.  All substitutions need to be made through ADP – it’s super easy.   Look for instructions coming soon from Ted or Nonna

-       Spring and Summer Coaching

o   Nonna waiting for 2 FT coaches to respond to confirm. Need by Friday!

o   Please be sure to sign and return any forms Nonna sends regarding your 2017 assignments – will get those out next week after we hear from FT coaches

o   We have over 35 applications for summer programs

§  Please be aware of new faces and welcome them.

§  Many are alumni from youth comp programs

§  Most will be assigned to our summer youth rec programming and other coaching assignments as needed

o   Onboarding for new staff will be in April and then again in Late June

o   If you know any coaches who want to work here, send them to Nonna

April is the CRI MONTH OF SAFETY

o   Every week there will be a quiz – if you complete the quiz you win a CRI Safety T!

o   Send any safety tips or suggestions to Bruce

Welcome Kara White, Manager of Middle School Rowing.
