1)    Cleaning Update

a)    Asking Coaches to replace all equipment after practice.  Missing Brandon and how much he cleaned up after us!!

b)    Cleaning issues – contact Ted or Theresa.  We want CRI SPARKLING first thing in the AM.  We will continue to follow up with the cleaning company to get there.

c)     Tidying up will be a huge help in Admin offices; WorkBar, Coaches office.  Coaches please replace equipment to its original place after practice.  We need to work together on this one to keep CRI organized. 

2)    Communications about Club Nationals and our Fleet. 

a)    While we communicated pretty effectively, the communicating the volume of equipment heading out is something we can improve. 

b)    It’s important to share that the reason why people may be challenged by the boats going to Club Nat’ls is that we all share amazing equipment.  CRI is founded on the sharing of our resources.  The reason we can provide this incredible equipment is based on the model that we all share its use. 

c)     Next Up:  Canadian Henley, Masters Nationals, Worlds, and more!  We’ll continue to improve the communication of when equipment hits the road

3)    Thanks for Bios, keep them coming.  A week or so to get yours in.

4)    Jean Bowen has retired. She started working at CRI the first week it opened at the Harry Parker Boathouse.  We are going to try to have a celebration for Jean, if she’d like to come back for some cake and friendship.  She’ll be missed to be sure – we will update everyone on a date for a party (hopefully!)

5)    Dan Beckham shared a quick pump up video he made for the boys comp team in his spare time.  This is much smaller project than the ones he’s done for the corporate and military programs.  If you haven’t seen Dan’s handiwork, you should DEFINITELY check links to his efforts – They are FANTASTIC
