The new payroll rollout starts the week of January 14. Get ready!
· Need everyone to register, will get an email over the weekend. If you get the email from ADP to register, please follow the instructins
· Training for Supervisors starts next week, followed by the rest of the staff, training will be online and through shared conference - look for that
· Changes to Pay Rates - ADP systematized how staff is paid, Ted will contact with any changes
New Hiring Process for coaching
We are changing the hiring process for all coaches in 2017 – it’s a 4 step process. More information and availability survey coming via email
o Complete the Staff Availability Survey
o Get contacted by Nonna about coaching selections
o Speak or meet with Nonna, Ted or your supervisor to agree to the jobs, pay rates, and expectations of the position
o Confirm your new role(s) via email
Changes in Staff
· Andy Crumpholt was promoted to CRI’s as our new Composite Engineer. Andy will be working on the new CRI flotation for para/learn to row boats as well as repairs, the new launch and much more. Andy has a diverse background in working with composites from a long career at Van Dusen to helping design and build one of the bat-mobiles for a Batman movie.
· Welcome Svet Pjecic - Front Desk Manager, from NU/Jacksonville . Svet Starts after January 10 – waiting on some final details for his start date
· Welcome Beatrice Sims - Scheduling Coordinator. Beatrice will start the week of January 19
· Update on Internal/External hires and promotions since September . CRI has promoted or hired 15 staff. All but four are internal promotions
MVP Training
· Intensive training, long day, lunch will be provided
· Friday will be 8:30-3:30
Communications
· Calendar of Major Events - will be shared with everyone
o 2 big things coming up
o April 7th Indoor Youth Rowing World Championship (help us with a great name for this event!)
· “Share CRI!” This will be a marketing theme through the Indoor Youth Rowing Championships

o The 7 Questions survey has gone out – it’s a way for all CRI staff to anonymously provide feedback on how we are doing as a growing organization Feedback from staff is tremendously important. Please complete the survey if you haven’t already.
